Dr. Weckesser was raised in the Hudson Valley region of New York State. He received his undergraduate education at the State University of New York College at Cortland (Summa Cum Laude) with a degree in Chemistry. He is a 2011 graduate of Columbia University College of Dental Medicine in New York City.He also completed a postgraduate General Practice Residency at the Manhattan VA hospital. Dr. Weckesser has been a member of the Silver Lake Dental family since 2013.

Dr. Weckesser is very passionate about developing lasting relationships with his patients. His calm demeanor puts patients at ease, even if they have not visited the dentist in years.When out of the office, Dr. Weckesser enjoys spending time in tDr. he outdoors. He is an avid sports fan and casual golfer. He lives locally with his wife Eunice, sons Rowan and Merek, along with their Labradoodle Bruce.

Born in Everett, MA, Dr. Cuong (aka Tony) Vu earned his bachelor's degree in Public Health from the University of Massachusetts Amherst before going on to receive his Doctorate from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine. After graduating, he gained valuable experience working in private practices and community health centers, including a two-year stint in Houston, TX. Eventually, he returned to the Boston area and is now proud to be part of the amazing team at Silver Lake Dental.

As a dentist, Dr. Vu’s top priority is ensuring that every patient feels comfortable and at ease during their visit. He believes in the power of education and takes the time to explain treatment options so that his patients can make informed decisions about their dental care. With a deep passion for dentistry, he is committed to providing high-quality care in a kind, calm, and gentle manner. His goal is to create a positive and stress-free experience, fostering long-term relationships built on trust and care.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Vu enjoys working out, playing tennis, traveling, and exploring new restaurants. He and his wife Jasmine are proud new parents to their daughter Nora and share their home with two cats, Ube and Uni.

Sarah joined Dr. Andre at Silver Lake Dental just after he started the practice in 2002. They had worked together previously at a group practice in Peabody, and he brought her on part time as a recall specialist. Now, over twenty years later, she is the office manager. Sarah says having “the best staff and patients around” makes her job very enjoyable.

She grew up in Andover, MA and is a graduate of The Governor’s Academy and Lehigh University. Sarah has 3 children, a dog and a grand dog! She and her husband recently moved to Tewksbury where she enjoys her tranquil backyard… and a very short commute!
